Description

Insect specimens mounted on 20"x24" white mat in black aluminum frame measuring 21.5"x24.5".

The insect and butterfly mosaics are one of Christopher Marley's trademark creations and among the most enjoyable for him to execute, created with careful attention to the flow of negative space, complimentary coloration, and the meticulous preparation and selection of each specimen. Colors are natural and as durable as any color in the animal kingdom.Colors are protected from fading by UV glass. Do not expose any of Christopher's pieces to high humidity or direct sunlight.

All of the organisms used by Christopher in his artwork were thoughtfully, responsibly and viably harvested with regards to preservation of species and respect of life. Christopher partners with zoos, museums, breeders, and licensed importers from all over the country to bring you rare and exotic organisms you see here, which have all died of natural or incidental causes.
