New York/Australian based artist, Sophie Blackall, is a children's book illustrator who created this collection of hand painted vintage cabinet cards specifically for Gold Bug. The cabinet card was the style of photograph which was universally adopoted for photographic portraiture in 1870. Each hand painted photograph is mounted on a card that measures 4.25" by 6.5".
