Gold Bug's collection of vintage ephemera is comprised of well preserved educational charts produced throughout Europe and America from the 1850's to the 1930's. A majority of the vintage charts, produced circa the early 1900's, were created by Dutch high school teacher/biologist Paul Pfurtscheller (1855-1927) whose charts exhibit similar visual qualities: one large image of the whole animal surrounded by a few, carefully chosen and economically illustrated details of anatomy.
